Within walking distance of the Main Road offering plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants and beyond that Beach Road with the fashionable Oceanside Promenade running all the way to the V&A Waterfront. The myCiti bus route operates along Main Road making public transport a good way to access the city, V&A, Camps Bay and the Cableway as well as other location on route.

A second lounge come TV room come family is the basement, entered from the side of the house. It is open plan with a lounge area, with two sleeper couches, flat screen HD TV, with DSTV and a DVD player, bedroom area with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Kitchen
Fully equipped and well fitted out with a Smeg stove (electric oven and gas hob), fridge and dishwasher. Off the kitchen via sliding doors that open the whole wall onto the back patio and entertainment area. A laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer and bar fridge.
