Built on a franchise model in 2003, Fleewinter enables its employees to enjoy the autonomy of essentially running your own business, but under the umbrella of an established boutique tour operator. By working for us, you will be adding a new destination to the Fleewinter map and to all intents and purposes, this will be your project to run.
The nature of the role means you can travel as much as you like, when you like. In fact we encourage it! The more country knowledge you have, the better holidays you can tailor for our clients. Many of our team currently live in their specialist country or visit frequently. We are experts in the truest sense of the word.
