The company is made up of a wonderful team of consultants, who each represent their own geographical region. We pride ourselves on being a small company, with big talent.
Built on a franchise model in 2003, Fleewinter enables its employees to enjoy the autonomy of essentially running your own business, but under the umbrella of an established boutique tour operator.
By working with us, you’ll be adding a new destination to the Fleewinter map and, to all intents and purposes, this will be your project to run.
The nature of the role means you can travel as much as you like, when you like – it’s encouraged. The more country knowledge you have, the better holidays you can create for our clients.
Many of our team currently live in their specialist country or visit frequently, so we’re are experts in the truest sense of the word.
We’re always on the lookout for new people, with bags of passion and enthusiasm. You can go it alone, start-up with a friend or maybe even make it a family business!
