Situated on the marina side canal waterway facing on to the yacht basin at the top end just down from the Peninsular security access between the residential and public area at the V&A Waterfront. The resident's area has 3 security controlled access. Parergon is about 2 minutes walk to Peninsular access enabling quick and easy access to the shops of the V&A Waterfront. The nearest communal pool (residents use only) is just 2 blocks walk away from the Peninsular access.

Access into the city is easy on foot and to Cape Town's new International Convention Centre is just up the road, about 10 minutes walk. This location offers everything from upmarket shopping malls and arts and crafts markets to theatres and live music. A network of boardwalks and bridges around the marina lead to the heart of the Waterfront.
