This is one of 2 accommodations, above the villa is a 3 bedroom penthouse (Beachside Penthouse) both enjoy there own private indoor and outdoor facilities as well as access, although the 2 properties offer perfectly as separate accommodation for a larger party they can inter-connect and work well booked together.

Property
Accommodates up to 10 people with ease in 5 en-suite bedrooms. However this can be increased to 13 people (11 adults & 2 children) using additional beds and sofa beds

The Villa is ultra-modern and beautifully decorated in African Renaissance style and has DSTV in the family room as well as in each bedroom. From bedrooms upstairs there are stunning ocean views, from the pool and patio areas have wonderful mountain views.

Living/Entertainment
Open plan living space with lounge and dining areas flowing out on to the private terrace with salt water pool, large braai (bbq) and dining area via sliding glass windows/doors. The formal lounge has comfortable furnishings and a fireplace, the dining area a large dining table.

A second lounge with TV is open plan to the kitchen

Dining can seat up to 15 people inside and out.

Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. All the bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms, DSTV and have stunning views of the sea. 3 of the bedrooms have ocean views and 1 has an amazing view of the 12 Apostles Mountain range.
• Master bedroom; 2nd floor, with lounge, TV, queen bed and sleeper couch (sleep 1 person), en-suite (bath, double basin, bath, separate shower and bidet) as well as uninterrupted ocean view and mountain views.
• 2nd bedroom; ground floor room, with queen bed and en-suite, TV and has entrance to enclosed patio, No views.
• 3rd bedroom; left wing, 2nd floor, with twin beds, couch, TV en-suite (combine bath & shower) and air con. Views of the ocean & mountains and entrance onto communal balcony.
• 4th bedroom; 2nd floor, twin bedded with en-suite shower, TV, entrance onto communal tiled balcony, views of 12 Apostles Mountain range.
• 5th bedroom; 2nd floor, right wing, large room which can take an additional bed if requested with walk in cupboard, en-suite (combine shower & bath) TV, air-con, private balcony, partial views of ocean and lions head (mountain).
