This coast offers fabulous views of Table Mountain with the city at its foot, its from this coastline that the classic Table Mountain picture post cards views are experienced. Cape Town's Rapid Bus Transport system almost on the doorstep enabling easy access to both Blouberg (up the coast away from the city) and Cape Town.

The building, almost right on the edge of the beach it practically sits on the board walked dunes, offers a communal swimming pool. Nearby Lagoon Beach hotel offer dining and cocktails as well a few shops/boutiques, the cocktail bar is right on the beach, Zorba's, a Greek restaurant and Bar is also conveniently located. Milnerton Golf Range is just up the road 2 km's drive and 5km's from Century City's Canal Walk Shopping Centre and there is also The Paddocks Shopping Centre.
