This area is one of the oldest parts of Cape Town, De Waterkant where the original police and fire stations were located and the buildings still stand. De Waterkant has a cheerful warm fun vibe to it oozing charm.

The apartment building it's self has a shopping complex down stairs and apartment above. 24 hour staffed security ensures people can't accidently access the restricted residential area upstairs.

Approx' walking time to the city is 5 min's and to the V&A less than 10 where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants from the casual to the ultra smart. CTICC (Convention Centre) is less than 10 min's walk but just in the immediate area De Waterkant is peppered with small quirky cheerful street cafes and cocktail bars along the sides of the cobbled streets.

Heading south down the coast from Camps Bay is the hillside village of Llandudno sloping down a with a gorgeous beach. It is a very peaceful environment with some very smart villas. Key to know is that there are no shops or restaurants but the beach is absolutely beautiful and well worth a visit for a break from the more hectic Camps Bay. Properties tend to be large with stunning views and a very high standard and prices reflecting that. Hout Bay is a small fishing town with a beautiful long sheltered beach. The scenery is stunning with the mountains rising dramatically out of the Atlantic. Offering a relaxed atmosphere and good selection of shops and restaurants it's a good choice for families, villas offer more space inside and out.
