Try a private cooking classes with Amanda, first collecting your seasonal vegetables from the organic garden whilst discussing the different herbs and spices that flavor the diverse Moroccan cuisine. The classes are held within the gardens on one of the many shaded terraces where you will have the opportunity to cook using traditional methods of charcoal bringing out the richness of the Moroccan flavours.
The classes start at 11am and finish around 14h with a delicious meal sharing the lunch you have prepared. Included in the day is your detailed hands on cooking class of salad starters and main course finished with organic herb tea grown onsite.
