It is a 3-hour tour and one of St. Kitts’ most celebrated cultural excursions. The first stop will be at Winglfield Estate, the home of Old Road Rum and the Caribbean’s oldest surviving distillery. You will learn the details of rum production methods and flavour profiles, followed by a walking tour of the estate. The highlight of the experience is having an opportunity to label your own bottle of rum.
The second stop is at Spice Mill, home of Hibiscus Spirits. Guests get the insight knowledge on how to craft spiced rum through various methodologies and using the key ingredient Roselle Hibiscus. This is grown locally and handpicked just for Hibiscus Spirits.
