From the moment I started my first job I was always saving for my next trip. My passion for travel only grew as I drank in the stories of new friends at University and plotted my own gap year with a starting list of over 30 countries I was desperate to visit. Travelling has changed a little for me now I have my young children – a bit more luggage, slightly more planning – and a whole new perspective.

I first visited South East Asia in 2002 and the Indian Ocean in 2006, falling quickly in love with the varied scenery and the impact it had on all my senses – the most perfect beaches, awe inspiring mountains, towering ruins and fascinating history. On my first trip to Sri Lanka, in 2013, I was blown away by the warm hospitality, extraordinary beauty and the FOOD. I now live and work in London and have worked hard to find some authentic Sri Lankan food here so I can ‘go back’ for a few hours whenever I want.

It’s a privilege that it’s now my job to help others experience the magic of Sri Lanka and the Maldives, plus Vietnam and Cambodia, sharing my knowledge and tailoring the trips to create their own ideal holiday. The best part of the job for me is hearing the feedback after about my customers favourite moments . It’s like being there for the very first time all over again.
