Although Rio de Janeiro is not the official capital of Brazil, it is without doubt the country’s main destination! If you can forgo the option of staying by the beach, we find that Santa Teresa is the perfect place to marry a comfortable boutique stay to the perfect base to explore the Marvellous City.
