Meanwhile, in Vietnam, summer is the moment to head to the centre, and explore historic Hue, the caves inland, and the unmissable Hoi An. The weather is glorious — blue skies, warm seas, and that irresistible mix of beach relaxation and cultural discovery. You can wander through the lantern-lit streets of Hoi An’s old town, take a cooking class, or simply enjoy lazy afternoons on the beach with a coconut in hand.
