Your Itinerary
Day 1 - Yassou Athens!
Upon arrival at Athens airport, you will be met by your driver and transferred to the verdant suburbs of Athens, to the Grand Resort Lagonissi , time to relax.
Day 2 - Full Day Athens City Tour
Begin with a panoramic drive of the city visiting the Panathenaic Stadium, the Prime Minister’s residence, guarded by the Evzones in their colourful uniforms, Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and memorial of the Unknown Soldier. Then its on to the Academy, University, National Library, and Syntagma Square. Continue with a guided tour of the Acropolis, the Propylea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and the Parthenon. Final stop is the New Acropolis Museum before being transferred back to your hotel for a well-deserved rest!
Day 3 - Leisure Day
After a busy day exploring historical Athens, it’s time to relax by the pool.
Day 4 - 1/2 Day Tour to Ancient Corinth
After breakfast your guide will collect you and drive south west to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean and Ionian Seas. Drive on and visit the Ancient Town of Corinth where St. Paul lived and preached for two years. See the remains of the city, including the Agora (market place) and Apollo’s Temple which clearly shows how rich and important Corinth was in Ancient Times. A short stop at the site of the Ancient Port of Cherie’s, where St. Paul disembarked. Head back to your hotel in time for lunch.
Day 5 - Chill Out Time
Relax and enjoy the hotel facilities and superb restaurants.
Day 6 - 1/2 Day Tour to Cape Sounio
Drive along the coastal road to the most southern point of Attica, Cape Sounio, where the white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand. On the way you have a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf and the little islands off shore. Continue with a guided visit at the Temple of Poseidon and free time at leisure on the rocky promontory of Sounio before heading back to the hotel for lunch.
Day 7 - Final Day!
Enjoy your final day relaxing in the Athenian sunshine on the sun-kissed beach.
Day 8 - Time to Leave
We hope you have enjoyed a fascinating, yet relaxing break in beautiful Athens, your driver will transfer you back to Athens airport for your flight home.
