Start with pick up from your hotel in south Bali by our guide at approx. 07.30 hrs, drive with this unique vehicle toward the north to arrive at Gunung Kawi temple. Discover the temple with your guide before continue further to the north to arrive at the tip of Mt. Batur’s caldera (1 717 m). As you witness this natural wonder, you will then continue to go downhill into the caldera region to get closer to the vast crater lake while passing the areas covered with lava flows. Drive back up and enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, the journey back will take you through a different road passing bamboo forest, fruits and spices garden until reaching Petulu, home to the white herons nesting on the trees along the village main roads.
