Day 1 - Welcome to Bali
Welcome to Bali, the Indonesian island that has captured the imaginations of travellers for generations is a treasure trove of experiences; with its unique culture, arts, and the warmth of its people, Bali still retains its special allure.
Upon arrival at Denpasar airport, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name on it. You’ll be driven to your first accommodation in super-cool Canggu.
Day 2 - Optional Trip to East Bali
Embark on an optional journey to East Bali today.
This region is largely governed by the Karangasem Regency, encompassing the entirety of Eastern Bali. Candi Dasa, the gateway to East Bali, is a beloved resort town on the East Coast. Not far south lies Padang Bai, the principal ferry port connecting Bali with the Gili Islands and Lombok.
Our first destination is Kertagosa in Klungkung regency, an ancient justice court from the Klungkung Kingdom era. It features two main structures: the majestic Bale Kerta Gosa with its ceiling adorned with traditional Kamasan or wayang-style paintings, and the Bale Kambang, a ‘floating’ hall encircled by a moat, both open to visitors as a national heritage site.
Continuing eastward, we’ll visit Tirta Gangga, a former royal palace renowned for its stunning water gardens, established in 1946 under the last king of Karangasem. Nestled in the eastern highlands on Mount Agung’s southeastern slopes, Tirta Gangga boasts tropical gardens, wading pools, fish ponds, and fountains. Its name, translating to ‘water from the Ganges,’ holds sacred significance for Balinese Hindus. The palace’s eleven-tiered fountain, along with numerous exquisite statues and carvings, are its highlights. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
Remaining in the vicinity, you’ll also explore the Taman Ujung Water Palace, an architectural marvel erected in 1909 by Dutch and Chinese architects. This unique edifice is one of Bali’s most remarkable, yet lesser-known among tourists. Conclude your day with a return drive to your hotel in Ubud.
Day 3 - Ubud
Today’s adventure takes us to the charming village of Bakas, where our guide, Little Wayan, awaits. Our experience begins with a heartfelt greeting at a quaint ‘warung,’ setting the stage for a feast of genuine local flavors. Satiated by the culinary wonders, we’ll set off on a village exploration, delving into the rich customs and traditions that weave the fabric of this community. Amidst our journey, we’ll refresh ourselves with the sweet nectar of young coconut juice. The hospitality extends to Wayan’s home, where we’ll glimpse the familial bonds central to Balinese life. The afternoon unfolds with kite crafting, echoing the island’s cultural spirit. The local community center invites us to revel in music and dance, deepening our connection to this vibrant culture. Our exploration reaches its zenith as we adorn Balinese attire and partake in a sacred temple blessing. This day promises an authentic immersion, far from the well-trodden paths, into the heart of Bali’s traditions and communal essence.
Day 4 - Ubud – Nusa Lembongan
Today, you’ll be whisked away to Sanur Harbour, where your fast boat awaits to sail you to the enchanting Lembongan Island. Upon arrival, keep an eye out for our friendly representatives; they’ll be the ones holding a signboard featuring your name, right at the forefront of the harbour. They will guide you to your car and driver, ensuring a smooth transfer to your hotel for check-in. Then, the rest of the day and the following day is yours to enjoy at leisure.
Day 5 - Free Time
This morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Padangbai, to board the speedboat to Senggigi in Lombok – a thrilling transfer, especially for children. Make sure to watch for dolphins!
Day 6 - Nusa Lembongan – Gili Air
Today, you will be transported to Lembongan Harbor to board your fast boat to Gili Air. Upon arrival at Gili Harbor, passengers should look for our representatives, who will typically be waiting right in front of the harbor. They will be holding a signboard with the passenger’s name clearly displayed, and they will guide you to your car and driver for the transfer to the hotel. Once checked in, you can enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure at the hotel.
Gili Air, nestled in the Gili Islands archipelago just off Lombok’s northwest coast, is the second smallest of the three islands and lies closest to mainland Lombok. It’s a favoured destination for honeymooners and those seeking a serene getaway. The island boasts some of the finest white sand beaches of the Gili Islands, with superb snorkelling and scuba diving opportunities off its east coast. Visitors can also spot turtles near the coral reef. For the adventurous, stand-up paddleboarding and kite surfing are available, and the island even features its own public gym.
Day 7 - Gili Air
Embark on an unforgettable snorkelling journey around the magical Gili Islands, where the sea comes alive with a kaleidoscope of coral reefs and vibrant sea creatures. Expert guides will escort you to the most scenic underwater locales, inviting you to immerse yourself in the translucent waters and be enchanted by the dance of tropical fish, the elegance of sea turtles, and the elaborate designs of corals. This exclusive boat excursion is tailored just for you, offering the luxury of a private vessel for the day’s duration. Following your underwater exploration, savour a delightful lunch at a quaint island eatery before leisurely returning to your hotel as the afternoon sun sets.
Day 8 - Gili Air

Day 9 - Gili Air – Gili Meno
A private transfer from Gili Air to Gili Meno will be organized for you. Upon arrival, the hotel will handle your check-in procedures, and you’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy at your leisure. This tranquil island boasts a lagoon, pristine beaches, and charming bungalows, along with three popular dive sites known as Meno Wall, Sea Point Turtle, and Point Coral Blue. Additionally, the island is home to a stunning bird park, which you can explore on foot.
Day 11 - Gili Meno – Senggigi
Enjoy a seamless private boat transfer from Gili Meno to Senggigi Harbour, followed by a hotel transfer for check-in. Spend the rest of your day at leisure in the comfort of your hotel. Senggigi, a beloved spot in West Lombok, boasts a beach that spans several kilometers north of Mataram. It’s a culinary haven with a plethora of restaurants offering both regional specialties and international dishes. For evening entertainment, there are bars with live music perfect for unwinding with a beverage. And if peace is what you seek, the beach is the ideal place to relax and take in the stunning sunset.
Day 12 - Senggigi
Embark on a journey to the traditional north coast of Lombok, where the ancient Wetu Telu religion thrives, untouched by the usual tourist paths. Our scenic route leads to Senaru village, nestled on the verdant slopes of Mt. Rinjani. On a clear day, the mountain’s majestic peak is visible during the drive. Senaru’s fertile lands mark the beginning of a delightful trek, led by an English-speaking guide. As you wander, you’ll explore villages steeped in age-old beliefs and customs. The friendly locals are eager to welcome you into their homes. Your trek will meander through verdant rice fields and culminate at a breathtaking waterfall. The return trip to Senggigi spans approximately two hours, but feel free to prolong your adventure with a stay at one of Senaru’s cozy hotels.
Day 13 - Senggigi
Discover the joy of Indonesian cooking in our morning class, where traditional recipes come to life with a modern twist and a dash of passion! Relish the rich flavors and premium ingredients of Indonesia.
Embark on a cycling journey through Lingsar and immerse yourself in Lombok’s captivating landscapes. Pedal through quaint rural lanes, an explorer’s paradise, and engage with the warm, inquisitive locals. Traverse Lombok’s lush regions, marvel at the endless rice fields, and experience the enduring charm of Balinese culture. Expect a warm reception from villagers and children as you cycle past. This four-hour adventure culminates at the historic Lingsar Temple, a beacon of unity for Lombok’s Hindu and Muslim communities.
Day 14 - Senggigi – Jimbaran
Today, you will be transported to Bangsal Harbour to board a fast boat bound for Gili Serangan, located in South Bali Harbour. Upon arrival at Serangan Harbour, please seek out our representatives who will be waiting with a signboard displaying your name. They will guide you to your car and driver for a smooth transfer to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the remainder of your day at leisure. Jimbaran Beach, renowned for its picturesque Jimbaran Bay, lies on the southern coast of Bali, just beyond Ngurah Rai International Airport. This extensive beach forms part of the isthmus linking the Bali mainland to the Bukit Peninsula and is an idyllic spot for swimming. With its hidden coves and luxurious resorts, Jimbaran Bay is the perfect destination for an evening of savoring freshly grilled seafood while basking in the glow of Bali’s stunning sunset.
Day 12 - Departure
Enjoy your free day at leisure until your transfer time to the airport to catch your flight to your onward destination.
