In the evening's it an easy 10 minute stroll to the charming waterfront restaurants at the old harbour, including the hotel's famous Orloff restaurant, established in 1991 and is renowned for its superb fresh seafood.
We highly recommend exploring the island by moped or bicycle, both of which can be arranged through the hotel.
A few nights at the Orloff combined with a stay on the neighbouring carless island of Hydra makes a wonderful holiday, and if in need of a little more action, vibrant Athens is just a two hour hop away.
