The Paradise Ridge suites are set across 1,900 square feet (1400 sq feet internal). They are designed for two and come with a dedicated butler, a romantic swing, and a private heated pool. These are non A/C rooms as they have one open side.
Villa Fleur is a luxurious two-level, two bedroom , air-conditioned retreat measuring 4,128 feet and featuring a 900-square-foot Great Room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that seamlessly connect with a ten-foot covered veranda.
La Petite Fleur is a 1,100-square-foot romantic oasis, offering complete privacy in a uniquely designed Suite with air conditioning.
Our expansive two-level Heritage Suite measures 1,400 square feet. The ground floor boasts an open-air living room, with separate dining area, features a heated pool with panoramic views of the Pitons.
The Villa at Paradise Ridge sits at the highest point at Ladera. Their pioneering Open Wall Design provides unparalleled views of the Gros and Petit Pitons and Caribbean Sea. The internal space totals 1900 square feet and the villa features a romantic swing and comes with butler service.

The Petit Piton Suite, measuring 600 square feet is set across 23 levels and offers a romantic private plunge pool, Queen size bed and their pioneering Open Wall Design framing unobstructed panoramas of the Caribbean Sea, the Pitons, and tropical rainforest.

Notes: Ladera is an adults only resort and due to its dramatic situation on the volcanic ridge, we don't recommend it if you suffer from Vertigo.
