Just 35 minutes from Banjul Airport, Halahin gives you the opportunity to experience the culture and nature of rural Gambia. The lodge is named after the river Halahin, which forms the border between the Gambia and Senegal, and is ideal for a leisurely excursion by pirogue (colourful, traditional dug-out canoe), for bird watching or an excursion over the border into Senegal.
