A sensitively restored colonial hotel in the heart of historic Pelourinho. We recently stayed here and loved the French owner, always happy to help, the delicious breakfast and the central location.
The hotel offers 10 spacious rooms divided into 3 categories that combine comfort and luxury, besides a swimming pool, a restaurant, two bars, a solarium, a fitness center, as well as two interior tropical patios, all situated in this charming five-floor building with a lift to all floors.
The rooms are equipped with either a king-size or two twin beds which can be joined into one bed. High-quality bedding, pure cotton sheets, and downs duvets are provided to guarantee a sweet and refreshing night's sleep which not even the echo of the Pelourinho feasts will disturb thanks to the soundproof windows. The decoration is inspired by Bahian colonial culture with touches of African influence. Most of the rooms have a breathtaking view of All Saints Bay. Some rooms have a private terrace overlooking either the bay or the city. Everything has been planned to guarantee the guests' comfort. There are some connecting rooms in the Standard category.
Our recommendation: to upgrade to the rooms that overlook the bay and not the street, as these can be a bit noisy during the day and on some evenings.
