Once a small boutique hotel, Serra has since been converted into a spacious private villa with large swimming pool close to the centre of Kalkan’s old town and beach clubs.
On the ground floor, is the welcoming open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room that leads out to the inviting pool and terrace, the fabulous sea views can be enjoyed from both inside and outside the villa.
On the first floor is a comfortable double and twin bedroom and on the second floor are 2 further doubles, each has an en-suite bathroom and balcony with sea views. On the top floor is the master double bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Steps lead up to the roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan, an idyllic spot for a sundowner before ambling down to Kalkan for a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants.
