Mozambique beaches and its sub-tropical climate and warm waters. The perfect tonic to thaw out before heading back to cold European temperatures.  Most connections between lodges within Mozambique are achieved by scheduled and charter flights.  Furthermore there are boat or light-air craft transfers as well. The road networks are not well developed.

There are daily direct flights from Johannesburg to Vilanculos, Inhambane, Pemba and Maputo. Like this it is easy to reach.  Flights between the Kruger and Vilanculos are twice a week. Which makes it even easier to combine the ultimate safari and beach holiday!

A great way to end off any African holiday by spending a few days relaxing on the beach and indulging in tropical spoils. We recommend a minimum of 4-5 nights to be able to enjoy this experience properly.

We have included our favourite Mozambique lodges below, however do contact us if you would like to see what else we have on our database.

Itinerary suggestion

Below you can see an option on how to combine your Mozambique Beach Stay. However, you can also easily combine it with a Kwazulu Natal safari, the Panoroma Route and even with a Cape Town and Wineland stay.

Even a combo with the Vic Falls is a great option.

Do contact me if you like to get more information on how to plan your beach stay.
