Sailing in Sri Lanka is a year round affair thanks to different coasts experiencing sunny, dry weather and calm waters at different times of the year. Whether you’re looking for just one cabin or to charter the entire yacht (catamaran) what better way to see the beautiful bays, fishing villages, towns and archipelagos of the Pearl of The Indian Ocean than with Sail Lanka. We’d recommend spending an additional week or so exploring the rest of the island. Have a look at our Classic Sri Lanka Tour or our Summer Months Sunshine for inspiration.

Enjoy breakfast on board and set sail to Jungle Beach in Galle. You will be transferred to shore by Dinghy where you can go for a walking tour of the Dutch colonial Galle Fort (a UNESCO World Heritage site). Have dinner and anchor near Jungle Beach for the night.

Why not extend your stay to a land-based one and see what the beautiful Pearl of The Indian Ocean has to offer?
The above itinerary is based on sailing the south coast of Sri Lanka (between October & April). We have additional itineraries for the East coast and Northern archipelago (April – September).
