Designated as a Heritage House by the National Historical Institute, this B&B offers a charming alternative to Bacolod hotels.

With only five guestrooms , this is a true Bed & Breakfast in the historic Silay area of Bacolod. Built in 1938, the Spanish Colonial design has been lovingly maintained throughout the years and was opened to guests in 2016. Staying here is truly spending the night in a heritage museum. The house is named for its first owner, German Unson, a well-respected business owner.

Each room of the house tells its own story and is named after a former occupant, decorated with some of those occupants' possessions. The spacious Lourdes room has two single beds as does the Carmen-Cristina room which also has a private balcony. The Rene room, once the room of the owner's son, has a more masculine style and also contains two single beds. Originally the master bedroom, the German Fe room has a king bed and ample space in which to relax. Adjacent to the main house, one villa room offers a bit more privacy, private outdoor space, and two single beds.

Located approximately 10 minutes drive from the Bacolod airport, the B&B is within easy walking distance of countless restaurants and shops. The Silay area is full of heritage houses and two well known eateries: Emma Lacson’s Delicacies and the bakery El Ideal.
