Tanda Tula Safari Camp is a lovely tented camp in the Timbavati Private Game Reserve offering authentic bush luxury in a big five reserve.
The infinity pool overlooks a large watering hole, often frequented by elephant and buffalo. The bar and lounge area offer a great place to relax during the day. Meals are enjoyed in the dining area or outside at the boma under the African skies.
Tanda Tula has a bush hide overlooking the Machoton Dam where guests can enjoy private picnics or 'sleep outs' bringing you closer to the wilderness! Bush brunches are served and guest can enjoy a guided walk back through the reserve with their ranger - a great way to experience close up game viewing.
The therapist also offers aromatherapy treatments in an open air therapy hide at the edge of the waterhole.

Tanda Tula Safari Camp offers a great big five safari experience. There are daily flights from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit Airport from where you can hire a car or take a road transfer. Alternatively you can take a direct flight into the reserve offered by Federal Air - slightly more expensive but worth the extra money from a time saving point of view.
