Rincon del Socorro is the best accommodation choice in the Iberá National Park. It is a luxury lodge where all the details are taken care of to offer a truly unforgettable experience to its guests.
The Lodge was built out of a farm originally constructed in 1896, which was personally restored and expanded by Douglas Tompkins. The buildings keep the classic European style, with big galleries that make the houses cooler during summertime. A fireplace located on the main room will keep you warm on cold days and during hot days you will be able to enjoy the swimming pool while you hear budgerigars singing.
Next to the guests' buildings you will find the personnel’s houses and a little school where the personnel’s children are educated.
The Lodge has 11 rooms and offers full board services as well as diverse recreational activities. The restaurant is open to the public for lunch, dinner and tea. The gastronomy combines local recipes with Argentinian and international dishes which are made using the vegetables cultivated in our organic garden. In addition, you will have the opportunity to taste the typical Argentinian barbecue.
The lodge offers all kind of activities to discover the beauty of the region., from bird watching to night safaris, to walking, boat rides, horse back riding and more.
