The Facilities
La Casona de Adobe (the adobe house) is Postales’ soul. It is the original farmhouse and it was restored preserving its traditional spirit: wide adobe walls, high ceilings, openings and fireplaces of the past.
The dishes at the hotel restaurant served for dinner are enriched with the products from their own vegetable garden and from the small scale producers of the surroundings. The wine cellar offers a special selection of unique wines from Mendoza.
