Lares de Chacras is a quaint little boutique hotel with personalised service, one of our favourite properties in the Mendoza region.
The Rooms
This country style house reflects the art of combining Andean stone with typical desert wood, bringing out a natural, simple and modern look. The 10 comfortable and spacious rooms feature stone fireplaces, wood floors, and exposed beams and will make guests feel at home instantly. The rooms are flexible in a way that they can be prepared as single, double, triple and even quadruple rooms. The rooms on the ground floor all have sliding glass doors that face the gardens and the top floor rooms feature balconies.
The Facilities
The hotel's living-room has very comfortable sofas around a fireplace to relax and taste the best wines from Mendoza. The central feature for Lares de Chacras is the small pool that is a welcome refresher in the height of the dry Mendozan summer time. As well as the pool, the hotel has a covered barbeque area. In the mornings, a delicious buffet breakfast prepared with local ingredients is served. Refreshing drinks and light snacks can also be enjoyed at the bar.
