Impodimo Game Lodge is set on a rocky ridge overlooking the vistas within the magnificent Madikwe Game Reserve of the North West Province of South Africa. Owner run ,offering a great malaria free, big five safari experience to couples and families.
It is home to the Big 5, the beautiful African Wild Dog, Cheetah, Brown and Spotted Hyena a variety of large mammals and bird life.
Carved from the hillside, eight glass fronted luxury chalets and one Deluxe/Family Suite line a natural spring, each enjoying striking views of the African Bush.
Each luxury suites features twin beds with the option of king beds available on request.
The suites are spacious with a fireplace, air conditioning, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities and a full en suite bathroom with inside and outside shower. The deck from your room offers uninterrupted views across the game reserve and you can often see the animals pass the lodge.
The main lodge area is spacious with a cosy indoor area fitted with a fire place, bar and dining area. The outside areas look out over the reserve and you can soak up the sun by the pool (which the elephants use at times as a watering hole!), indulge in an outside spa treatment or just relax and enjoy the tranquil bush surroundings.

Children are welcome at the lodge and are accommodated on game drives with parents at the discretion of the lodge. This is purely for safety which is the key focus of the Impodimo experience. Younger children will be taken on a 'bush bumble' where the parents are encouraged to join too. This 'bumble' focuses on the small animals of the reserve and a great experience for any child.
Your safari experience is the most important aspect of your stay and for this reason, Impodimo has a policy to only take 7 persons on a traditional 10 seater Landrover, which with fewer guests, means your ranger can give you his best personal attention at all times.
