The Rooms
Each guest has a lodge in the vineyard with their own private terrace. Each room and villa has uninterrupted views of the snow-capped Andes and its own divine plunge pool as well as outdoor showers. Inside are swirling organic walls, an immense bed and guests can step up to their own roof terrace and marvel at the mountains as the sun goes down. Sleeping bags are supplied for guests who wish to sleep under the stars.
The Facilities
With a strong emphasis on seasonal and organic cuisine, dishes at the restaurant in the main house are served beautifully among elegant surroundings. The extensive wine cellar is a dream come true for wine lovers and the breakfast buffet is outstanding.
The spa makes a destination in itself with its signature wine therapy. Treatments combine local products using the grape seed extracts. The staff can organise activities, e.g. guests can set off on horseback with the resident gaucho to lunch at a neighbouring winery.
