There are 7 Superior Chalets and 3 Superior Family Chalets set along the banks of the Sand River under shady trees. Rooms are all en suite and have private verandas that overlook the river. Family rooms have interconnecting sky walks. All rooms have a private jacuzzi pool on the deck.

The main lodge area has a large viewing deck over the reserve and river with a river side lounge salsa where you can relax and watch the animals. Enjoy dinners in the boma or inside depending on the weather. During the day you can cool off in the swimming pool.

Londolozi Founders Camp is family friendly and welcomes children from the age of 4 years old. As the Sabi Sand Private Reserve is a big five game reserve, children under 6 years old are not permitted on game drives for safety reasons unless a private, sole use vehicle is booked.

There is plenty to keep the little ones entertained - from fishing to a 'cubs den' with activities tailored to the child - using the outdoor classroom of nature to be the teacher!

Founders Camp is also home to the Londolozi yoga deck, a wonderful sanctuary suspended high in the arms of a 500-year-old ebony tree. Inclusive daily classes are held whilst nyala, bushbuck and monkeys abound. On special occasions elephants will move through the riverine bushveld below.

Londolozi traverses a 16 000 hectare area of prime game viewing in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve and experienced guides and their 'faithful' tracker will share their knowledge of the bush with you. The Sabi Sand Pivate Game Reserve is famous for its excellent leopard sightings as well as other predators. Your stay here will give you one of the best opportunities to be able to see the big five on safari in South Africa, however it is nature and what animals you do see is never guaranteed.

Access to Londolozi Founders Camp is possible with daily direct flights from Johannesburg into the Sabi Sands Private Reserve or alternatively you can combine a stay here with a self-drive of the greater Kruger area.
