The nine suites, accommodating 18 guests, are above ground level, on stilts, to give the feeling of living in a treehouse. The thatched roof suites are luxury and comfortable, offering an en-suite bathroom and a private deck with plunge pool.
All suites have been beautifully decorated in the style of a true African Safari lodge and much of the constructions have been completed in wood.

The main lodge is connected to the suites with wooden walkways and includes a lounge, a bar and a library.

Narina lodge welcomes couples and families with children over the age of 10 years old.

Lion Sands Narina lodge offers several included activities, such as big 5 game drives, bush walks, hippo tour, astronomy, wildlife lectures, bush breakfast, picnic lunches and bush dinners.

Guests staying at one of the Lion Sands Reserve properties can spoil themselves to a unique 'sleep out' under the African stars in either Chalkley’s Treehouse, Tinyeleti Treehouse or Kingston Treehouse, all with all the comforts and luxuries possible from a mosquito net, mattress, linen, bedside table, toilet and bush vanity table. The Treehouses at Lion Sands are great for a romantic night, for guests loving an adventure or just to completely disconnect and just enjoy the tranquility of the bush.
The treehouses can be booked by couples or single persons, but must be pre-booked.
All of the Treehouses at Lion Sands are securely constructed above the ground, where animals will remain at a safe and comfortable distance.
There is an extra charge for this 'once in a life time' experience and includes Meze-style picnic dinner, all beverages and tea & coffee plus snacks. Chalkley Treehouse can accommodate 2 guests, Kingston & Tinyeleti can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children between 10-15 years of age. The Lion Sands Reserve is 4 000 hectares of privately owned pristine bush within the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve. The land is family owned and been in the More family for 4 generations. The total size of land that is traversed for game viewing is 7000 hectares. Home to the big five (elephant, lion, rhino, leopard & buffalo) and the Sabi Sand Reserve having a reputation for excellent leopard sightings, you can also expect to see cheetah, hyena, jackal giraffe, hippo, zebra, wildebeest, kudu, impala and many more antelope species. The Sabi Sand Reserve has a diversity of bird and plant life and your ranger will share his knowledge of the bush with you.

Access to Lion Sands Narina Lodge is possible with daily direct flights from Johannesburg into the Sabi Sands Private Reserve or alternatively you can combine a stay here with a self-drive of the greater Kruger area.
