Margate Gardens 4 is a three bedroom, three bathroom garden-view condo located on the first and second floors of the south building. The apartment is a duplex unit, and the main level features an elegant open plan living/dining room, modern galley kitchen, one twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom, and a spacious balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and garden oasis at the center of the complex.
The master and third bedrooms are on the upper level, both with en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom also features a balcony overlooking the pool. All of the bedrooms are carefully furnished with splashes of tropical colour and are air-conditioned.
Guest facilities at Margate Gardens include a freshwater swimming pool, and one assigned parking space for the apartment. Across the street guests can enjoy Tapas Restaurant, or within walking distance several other excellent watering holes and dining options nearby.
