There are 70 rooms arranged in ten two storey blocks with a further 10 standard rooms behind this. All rooms are tastefully decorated with ivory tones, cotton throws and teak wood finishes with Zanzibar carvings. The rooms are fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and have a mini fridge, electronic safe and hair-dryer in the room. All the rooms have a full 'third bed' that functions as a sofa when not being used.

There are 3 room categories with the Deluxe & Suites in close proximity to the sea:
Standard Rooms: Standard rooms are located further away from the sea on the property with a terrace and garden view. Standard and Deluxe are identical in terms of decor and size.
Deluxe Rooms: Located on ground floor of bungalows with terrace.
Suites: Located on upper floor of bungalows with large balcony and sun beds. The Suites have a walk in dressing room and larger bathroom with large terrace, private sunbathing area, and a covered outdoor lounge area.

Despite Breezes being an extensive property, public areas are manage to retain privacy and besides the main restaurant and bar there is a handful of other dining options possible from poolside snacks to fine dining experiences.

Activities include gym, tennis, diving, snorkelling and kitesurfing, as well as an impressive spa.
