The communal area is cleverly designed, this circular room comprises of an open-plan lounge, dining and well-equipped kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass door lead out on to the terrace which overlooks the pool below and out to sea. There is also a twin bedroom on this level with separate entrance from the terrace.

On the lower ground floor is the 2nd master double bedroom with king-size bed and of course, those fabulous sea views! On this level you will also find the stunning infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers and mature garden bursting with flowers.

Although this extravagant villa is self-catering, guests are welcome to use the restaurant at the luxury Hotel Villa Mahal’s beach club, which is just a few steps away, and are also invited to a complimentary Sunday brunch there. The beach club is superb, with plenty of bathing platforms built into the rocks. So, if you tire of the infinity pool, you have direct access to the clear, azure waters below, not to mention the abundance of water sports that are available for the more active.

The vibrant harbour and Kalkan’s old town with its excellent choice of restaurants and bars are just a short hop away by complimentary water taxi. Or, if you would prefer a leisurely stroll, there is a path leading down which will take around 30 minutes.

Due to the villa's hillside location, it is not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues.
