WHAT ITS GOT
The villa has three bedrooms. Two lead off from the open plan living/kitchen area through huge wooden doors and the third is down some outdoor steps at the side of the pool deck. All three have King-size beds - 2 of which are four poster, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, safe, and air-conditioning. The third bedroom has a private terrace with gorgeous views out to sea.
The living/kitchen area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table that can seat 6, comfortable lounge seating, satellite TV, DVD, and a stereo surround system. All 3 rooms on this level have sliding doors out onto the pool deck.
The infinity pool has a jacuzzi with underwater seating at one end.
INTERESTING EXTRA
The villa's owner is a professional seaman and so named this villa after the ancient Thai tradition whereby fishermen's wives leave pineapples above the doors of their homes to ensure safe passage home for their returning loved ones. The pineapple emblem is carved throughout the house on the wooden Balinese doors.
FOOD & DRINK
The villa comes with a full staff including maids, a house boy and a chef. Food is brought at cost price and then serviced with just a 10% service charge added on. A full food and drinks menu will be presented on arrival or can be supplied in advance.
There are also numerous restaurants to explore on the island with Chaweng and Lamai both very close.
LOCATION, FUN & GAMES
The Pineapple Villa is perfectly located on Koh Samui. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Chaweng and Lamai. Chaweng beach is renowned for its restaurants, clubs, bars and nightlife, while Lamai Beach is more laid back and relaxed.

A hire car is strongly recommended with this property.
The villa is set over two levels, therefore may not be suitable for some elderly guests. Access to the third bedroom is outside so not necessarily suitable for young children while their parents stay upstairs.
