The hotel offers thirty-four tasteful decorated, en-suite bedrooms accommodating 68 guests. There are outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The colourful gardens are a favourite haunt of the sun-birds and paradise flycatchers.

The country atmosphere reflects in the lounges, pub and restaurant with charming furnishings, old prints and roaring log fires for chilly days.

Breakfast is served in-doors or outside on the sunny terrace. Dinner and lunch is catered for as well.

At the hotel you can read through some books at the library, stroll through the gardens with their wild flowers, bird watching or unwind by the pool. The more active ones can play golf at the attractive Usutu Golf Course adjacent to the estate, fish for trout in the stocked dams, play boule while enjoying a drink on their own boule course, play croquet, mountain or tandem bikes are available to explore the local surroundings, a fitness centre is on-site as well as their own horses to ride through the beautiful countryside. Tennis and squash are available at the local club.

Daily excursions can be organized from the hotel like visiting a traditional Swazi homestead or local school, a traditional Swazi healer (Sangoma), stalls and craft shops, bushman paintings,Swazi markets, have a swim at the hot springs, caving, game drives, just to name some.
