Kandima is not your classic Maldivian resort. Super trendy and very lively, it's located on one of the largest islands in the Maldives and offers a huge number of onsite activities.
The studios and villas are all modern and stylish, with high-tech touches. Choose from a Beach Studio or one of the Beach Pool Villas for access right on to the beach, or consider a Sky Studio to enjoy the expansive views over the lagoon. Some villas have their own pools, many have private Jacuzzis, and combining the Beach & Sky Studios together creates a spacious option ideal for larger families or groups. There are also overwater villas.
There is an enormous amount of choice at Kandima including ten restaurants and bars and a very comprehensive activity programme, including aerial yoga, painting and salsa classes, bike hire and watersports to name just a few. There is a kids club, diving centre, marine biology centre, 24 hour games room and spa.
Our Tip
We find Kandima to be an especially great options for mixed age groups for example families with teenagers plus younger children.
