Avondrood offers eight large Suites, all tastefully decorated with individual themes and character.

The Standard Deluxe room, with high wooden ceilings, offers a king size bed in extra length, separate bathroom with spacious shower. This room is situated in the main house with access to the garden and pool.

The three Superior rooms offer private entrances and overlook the garden, offering a king size bed (extra length), large en-suite bathroom with Victorian bath and separate spacious shower, coffee & tea making facilities and an extra seating area.

The three Superior Deluxe rooms also overlook the garden, having either a private terrace or private garden with seating area. These rooms are close to the pool and offer en-suite bathroom with a Victorian bath and separate spacious shower, desk and seating area for extra comfort.

The Family Deluxe suite is a two-bedroom suite on the top floor, offering a lounge with magnificent 360-degree views of the mountains and includes a private patio with sun loungers, umbrellas and table seating, a fireplace, main bedroom with extra length king size bed and a second bedroom with twin beds, desk and seating area.

All rooms have an air conditioning, heating, television, DVD/CD-player, minibar, iPod dock system and personalised beauty care range.

Just a short stroll down the road you will find the main village of Franschhoek with world-renowned restaurants, charming gift shops, cafes and magnificent historical buildings and museums to explore.

If rest is what you need, stay in and enjoy the tranquil gardens at Avondrood. Private and scenic the 2000sq meter gardens surround a large pool, heated jacuzzi and outdoor breakfast veranda which boasts views of the mountains.
Inside the main house you can relish in the spacious lounge next to the grand fireplace or settle into your favourite cocktail at the fully stocked bar and watch the game.
