The Hamptons is a small family owned and operated B&B just a short walk from the centre of Kaikoura. It has ocean views from both of the guest rooms and just a hop across the road puts you at the water’s edge. The newly renovated rooms have bi-fold doors that open up fully on the seaside deck and garden. There is a small kitchenette and a modern en-suite bathroom as well as seating areas, comfortable king sized beds with luxurious bedding, and air conditioning for those warmer months.

Breakfast is served upstairs each morning overlooking the panoramic scenery or alternatively in the comfort of your own room. It is continental style and includes fresh fruit and yoghurt, homemade muesli and eggs cooked to order.

Patrick and Mary-Clare have been in the hospitality industry for 45 years and have plenty of experience in looking after the needs of guests. They are warm, welcoming and full of interesting stories and suggestions for how to spend your time.
