The Rosewood has 5 different room types and 6 different suites, where from plush furnishings to intuitive technology, every element has been thoughtfully considered, to create comfortable, residential-style living spaces. All include 49” LCD TV, WiFi, Lavazza coffee machine, fully stocked personal bar with premium selections and individual climate control.
Executive rooms are located in 1-4th floors, 45 m2, include a choice of a King bed or two twin beds and have City, Sanctuary Court or Secret Garden views. Grand Executive rooms are similar, but placed from 2-4th floors, 50 m2 and with city views from Juliet balconies.
Heritage rooms are located in the higher floors, are 55 m2 and offer river views from Juliet balconies. Grand Heritage rooms are the same size, are located only on the 2nd floor, and has its own terrace to enjoy the majestic view of the Yangon River. Courtyard rooms are also the same size, though located in the 3rd floor, offer only King bedding and unrestricted access to the Secret Garden

The Suites are the crown jewel, exclusive living spaces, exquisitely decorated, elegantly accessorized with refined art, books and ornamentation to deliver a contemporary and residential environment.
Executive, Courtyard and Manor Suites are 70-85 m2, offer separate bedroom and living room spaces, and offer different views either outer or inner gorgeous gardens.
Rosewood suites are larger (90 m2) and offer a spacious terrace, most are connected to a Grand Heritage Room, giving guests the option for a two-bedroom suite ideal for families.
The Terrace Suite is elegantly furnished by designer Lillian Wu, this opulent suite has a delightful enclosed bedroom and a spacious and airy living room area. An impressive balcony accompanies this suite and is ideal for dining, relaxation or hosting small private events. The Terrace Suite is 195 m2 while the balcony is 147 m2.
The Ayeyarwady House is the largest suite and spreads over 311 m2 and has a spacious master bedroom with an adjoining guestroom. The suite offers two king beds with walk-in closets, spacious bathrooms and a powder room. It has a tastefully decorated residential living room with a dining table, a bar counter and a show kitchen, all with a private elevator.
