There are just 17 villas, all with direct access to the beach and their own private plunge pools. Private decks offer the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer. All the villas are air-conditioned with fans and have full en suite bathrooms with outdoor his/her showers. During your stay you will also be attended to by a local Mozambican host who will ensure that all your needs are taken care of.

There are 3 luxury Beach Villas (showers only) and 10 Infinity Beach Villas that are slightly larger and more spacious with 'front seat' beach location.

There is also a 2 bedroom 'Villa Amizade' ideal for families and also boasts a lounge area with television and selection of games. The villa also boasts a 10m swimming pool and large beachfront garden. This is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples travelling together.

The Presidential Villa is set away from the main lodge for extra privacy and offers 2 en suite bedrooms plus a third staff bedroom. There is a dining room with wine bar, infinity pool and offers uninterrupted views. This is ideal to take up to 6 persons.

All the main lodge areas open to the beach with uninterrupted sea views. The lodge is furnished with textures of Africa with a contemporary finish offering spacious and comfortable living areas. Relax with a book, sip cocktails on the beach with the sand between your toes or enjoy some fresh sushi (depending on the Fisherman's catch) at the Star Bar.

For those who have to stay in touch there is a television and internet in the library.

Breakfasts in the restaurant are 'made to order' with some special whilst lunches can be a picnic or dining at the Gekko Deck. Dinners are enjoyed on the beach by candlelight and the main course is local seafood as well as a 7 course tasting menu that shows off the chefs favourites.

Dining lends a variety of choices from enjoying at the main lodge or if you wish a romantic candlelit private beach dinner or 'eat in' and have your meal served at your private villa.

A selection of house wines, local beers and spirits is included in your stay as well as a cocktail of the day served at your Sala at sunset.

Focus is on relaxing and enjoying the beach surrounds. There are 2 treatment rooms to enjoy spa therapies, take a tour of the island which your Azura Mozambican host will be glad to share more about the island, take you on an Island Hopping Experience or you can explore the island in a landrover with a guide.

Enjoy snorkeling the coral reefs, diving from the 5 star PADI dive center, Dhow trips and fishing. Or you can just relax on the beach and enjoy the tropical surrounds and complete escape from the stresses of modern day living.
