Set at an altitude of 1000m above sea level the Domaine offers the perfect climate-cool in summer, mild in winter. The pure air will revitalize you. Tucked away in the middle of 60 acres of natural parkland, far away from stressful city life, it's gardens are a stunning highlight. La Roseraie was created 35 years ago by Abdelkader Fenjiro, one of the early pioneers of the Moroccan hospitality and hotel industry.

Rooms and suites open onto patios and terraces surrounded with thousands of rose bushes, beds of wild flowers, century old olive trees and orchards growing all sorts of fruit trees. The grounds have a network of paths many of which give amazing views over the Toubkal Mountain range, the highest peak in North Africa (4160m).



The rooms are located in 44 units made of rooms and suites dispersed throughout the gardens which gives a feeling of intimacy despite the acreage. The accommodation offers modern comfort (satellite, TV, direct phone lines, minibar, hair dryer?) while preserving the rustic Berber spirit. The Moroccan inspired decoration harmoniously mixes stucco and tadelakt for a warm and refined ambiance.

The High Atlas Mountains offer endless recreational possibilities on foot or horseback. Rambling and trekking is organised from the hotel grounds with guides and drivers. You can wander through the local villages or take longer walks through the Ouirigane Valley to Azzaden and the Toubkal peaks, discovering along the way a generous Berber culture made of humility, sharing mint tea and Tanourt, bread baked in the traditional clay ovens.

Back at the hotel, there are 3 swimming pools or take advantage of the a spa centre where hammam and massages are available using many local products such as soaps, clays, salts and therapeutic plants from the property.
