The amazing central patio is impressive with the fountain, the row of columns, and other embellishments on the wooden doors. Traditional features have been conserved.
The suites were built around the former layout of the house.
Three families used to live here originally.
• The mezzanine suite is situated on the groundfloor.
• Two other suites built on the second floor directly open on to the street.
Two large suites lay on the third one, symmetrical to the rooms on
groundfloor.
Another smaller suite was installed behind the gallery in the patio.
• The last suite - the most modern one in Dar Victoria - sits on the top terrace.
A large part of medina and Borj North might be observed from there.
There's a reversible heating/cooling air-system in every suite, and in every bathroom a heated-hanger towel system.
