The Rooms
90 suites total, chose from one of the 64 Junior Suites, 12 Family Suites, 12 Villas or the lavish Princely Villa. Inspired by Feng Shui principles to create the perfect sense of harmony, all beds stand high above floor level to enhance circulation of Qi, life force energy.

Junior suites are elegantly decorated with a pinch of Mauritius warmth. Suites either have garden view or are located on stilts for a secluded and intimate romantic getaway. They are comprised of one bedroom with a sitting area. Interconnecting garden-facing suites are available.

Family Suites are located in lovely thatched roof buildings and offer a feeling of comfort and well-being for a memorable family holiday. Each suite has one main en-suite bedroom, a sitting area plus kids room with bunk beds and second bathroom.

Individual villas are in thatched roofs. Nine offer direct beach access and a heated pool. 3 villas are without pool and are on stilts overlooking the natural fish reserve. Bathroom includes a whirlpool bathtub, outdoor soaking bath, separate living room with a dining/seating area.

The Princely Suite is located directly on the beach in a secluded part of the hotel for utmost privacy. It’s comprised of two junior suites and one villa and has two heated pools.

Romantically lit up in the evening, Le Barachois overlooks the lagoon with an unspoiled view of a mountain range and the sunset is breathtaking. It’s truly an unforgettable dining experience.

The hotel has four bars and lounges. Two are located in the main building and overlook the pool and beach; enjoy a perfectly mixed cocktail from one of the two sundecks. Barachois is a floating bar where you can enjoy an aperitif before dinner while listening to soft music.
