These two houses are 20 metres apart and are surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, with several shaded terraces which are ideal for al fresco dining and outdoor relaxation. Of great note is the pool area which offers guests a sublime view of Porto Ercole, the sea and the stunning coastline stretching to the south. The property is surrounded by wooded hills which enhance the excellent seclusion and privacy of the location. This is a wonderful some for some uninterrupted R&R!

The Main House:
On the ground floor there is a kitchen (with dishwasher), dining-room, large living-room with bay windows, fireplace, TV, video, toilet. Adjoining guest-room with twin beds, bathroom and cupboard space. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor: air-conditioned master bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom leads to a wisteria-covered terrace with stunning views to the South-East. On the West side terrace, a ping pong table. On the North side, a glass-panelled, covered terrace for accommodation in case of wind or rain.In the main house there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The Upper House:
Lower floor: Room with double bed and bathroom with private, shaded terrace. Ground floor: Drawing room (TV, Internet) with large, covered terrace facing the sea, small kitchen with dishwasher and room with double bed and shower, two rooms with twin beds and one bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned. The upper house has 2 double beds and 4 single beds, plus 3 bathrooms.

The beautiful swimming pool enjoys stunning views over the coast and a covered terrace on one side and changing room/shower. The rest of the space is used for sun-bathing.

Services include:
- Regular pool maintenance
- Gardener comes to tidy the garden and to water 3 times a week
- Housekeeping: 5 times a week 3 hours a day
- Cook upon request - In July-August, resident maid/cook
