The three Marchi brothers set out to build a castle to protect the island of Solta from invading Ottomans and troublesome pirates. Today that castle is a luxury heritage hotel and fine dining restaurant.

The restaurant serves beautifully presented dishes inspired by traditional Dalmatian cooking, such as seared octopus with leeks and spring onions and balsamic dressing, delicious! The view from the terrace, overlooking the small marina, and the superb selection of Croatian wines add to the experience.
