The Jagerhorn is Zagreb’s oldest hotel, dating back to 1825 and situated a short distance from the main Ban Jelačić Square. The 3-star boutique hotel has just 18 rooms with the option of single, classic and suites. All are unique in size and shape.
The beauty of this hotel has to be the location. Set between one of Zagreb’s main shopping streets and the old town, which can be accessed from the grounds of the hotel. Although the hotel is central, it is set in a quaint secluded courtyard. On entering you feel like you have left the city. Another feature is the lovely café with terraces and pretty gardens to enjoy breakfast in the morning.
The hotel was refurbished in 2015. The interiors are traditional, with beige, neutral tones and blue accents. The upper rooms have exposed wooden beams.
Overall we thought the Jagerhorn is a great value option in a perfect location to enjoy the city.
