With 14 tranquil jungle bungalows nestled amongst the living tropical rainforest, a swimming-pool with waterfalls, beautifully set in a lush tropical garden, and beach environment, Hotel Shawandha Lodge has a “neo-primitive” concept with an artistic combination of noble woods, bamboo and palm, reinforcing the impression of being at one with nature.
The property features standalone bungalows with scenic garden views and hardwood floors. Each room at Shawandha Lodge is equipped with a seating area and a spacious wardrobe. There are 4 different kinds of accommodations offered: Family, Triple, Double and Little cabin. Little cabin is 20 m2 and offers 2 single beds. Triple and Double rooms are 40 m2, Triples offer 3 single beds and Doubles a large double bed. Family cabins are the largest in the property, with 50 m2 and offer 1 large double bed and 2 singles.
There’s an onsite restaurant, that offers and incredible tropical fare from breakfast to dinner.
Guests staying at Shawandha Lodge can enjoy the property's private beach area or relax in the sun lounges by the pool.
The hotel is located 200 meters away from the pristine beach of Playa Chiquita, a white sand and clear water beach that can only be access by trails.
