Gaia offers 8 different kinds of accommodation: Jungle View Studio, Studio, Jungle View Suite, Loft Suite, Loft Suite Deluxe, Suite, Deluxe Suite and Two bedroom Villa. All accommodations offer air-conditioning, are beautifully decorated in neutral tones, enjoy views over the tropical rainforest, have a seating area, free WiFi and come with a flat-screen TV.
Located in the Clubhouse Building and available for teen guests as well, boasting a king sized bed: Jungle View Studios are 32 m2, Studios are the same size but boast a sofa bed and a minibar; Jungle view Suite are 65 m2 and feature the same perks as above in a more expansive setting. Loft Suite is 74 m2, in closest proximity to the pools and offering Jungle Views, is a 2-level units comprised of a dining and living area with one King size bed, one full size sofa bed and two twin size sofa beds, a bathroom with stone shower, two sinks, separate toilet, closet and an upper loft unit connected via an interior staircase. The upper loft unit offers tropical Rainforest View. The lower unit offers direct access to the semi-private splash pools. Loft Suite Deluxe is 91 m2, with similar features to the Loft Suite but offering partial Ocean Views.
The Suite is 65 m2, is comprised of one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room & dining room area for four, and a beautiful private balcony overlooking the tropical rainforest. The Deluxe Suite is similar to the Suite but offers additionally a 55 m2 private rooftop terrace overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the tropical rainforest.
Finally, the 2 bedroom Villas are 185 m2, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living and dining room area for six, additionally feature 2 sofas, a private bedroom terrace of over 13 m2 and a private rooftop terrace of over 46 m2 overlooking the Pacific Ocean and rainforest.

The adults-only area of the hotel offers 18 suites with exclusive access to a 3-level infinity pool. Gaia Hotel and Reserve offers a spa area with a steam bath, sauna and beauty salon. Guests can enjoy fine dining in the on-site restaurant or 24-hour room service.
