Large glass windows and doors looking out toward the white sandy beach and vibrant Caribbean Sea give Tranquility Cove a bright airy feel.

An open plan living space leads to the large outdoor area, drawing people together yet allowing everyone enough space to stretch out and relax in this handsome setting. The ground floor holds three of the bedrooms; a fully-equipped kitchen; living and dining areas with space for fourteen to dine across two tables and the kitchen bar; and opens to the pool and lawns that lead to the beach. Covered cabanas provide shady places to relax while sun loungers in and beside the pool and on the beach are also provided. A hot tub/jacuzzi sits within the infinity pool. An outdoor kitchen includes a propane grill, refrigerator, and sink. The outdoor dining area seats 12.

All bedrooms are en suite and an additional half bath is located beside the kitchen. An upstairs master suite has an open plan bed/bathroom with a king bed and a deep bathtub that looks straight out to the ocean. A flatscreen television equipped with US cable and Apple TV drops from the ceiling on demand. This large suite shares a balcony with a second master suite that has a king bed and equally lovely views. Its en suite bath has a shower and double sinks and the bedroom has US cable TV. The third upstairs bedroom has a garden view, a set of twin beds, Apple TV, and is easily accessed from the smaller master suite. The en suite bath has a shower-tub combo.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms with queen beds and US cable TV, one with ocean view and the other garden. The ocean view room has sliding doors to the pool deck. The garden view room's en suite bath includes a shower-tub combo. A third ground floor bedroom can sleep six in a unique configuration of bunk beds with single beds elevated above queen. The upper bunks are reached by stairs, not a ladder.

Children are welcome and a variety of amenities are provided for young guests and families including pool and beach toys, board games, X-Box, and an outdoor children's play area.

For stays longer than five nights, one mid-week cleaning is provided. Assistance with rental cars, boat charters, and other reservations is available through the villa's concierge service. The following staff and services can be arranged at additional cost: daily maid service, villa attendant/butler service, babysitting, wine/liquor delivery, grocery pre-stocking, in-villa massage and spa treatments, yoga, Pilates mat, and personal training, VIP airport fast track to speed through immigration upon arrival.

Point of View is located in the Breakers/Southside area, approximately 25 minutes drive from Owen Roberts International Airport. The nearest restaurants and shops are about a 5-minute drive from the house. The beach provides entry to shallow waters with turtle grass leading to a sandy bottom about 100 meters off shore.
