Kaia Kamina offers a unique layout for a large group or family with a private beach and infinity pool. There are five bedrooms in the main building and two king-sized carriage house bedrooms offering additional privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner gas range, double ovens, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a variety of small appliances. Indoor dining can seat 15: 3 at the kitchen bar and 12 at the dining table. An outdoor kitchen has a propane grill, refrigerator, sink, ice maker, counter space, and a screened-in seating area. A bar seats 5 while the dining table seats 14.

All bedrooms are en suite and there are two additional half-baths: one on the ground floor and the other in the pool area. The latter has an outdoor shower. Bedrooms one through five sit on the upper floor of the main house. Bedroom one is an ocean view master suite with a king bed and access to the shared balcony. This bedroom includes an ocean view soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms two and three are also master suites with ocean views, king beds, and access to the shared balcony. Each has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual sinks.

Bedrooms four and five are both garden view. Bedroom four has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. The en suite bathroom has a shower-tub combo. Bedroom five has four full bunk beds. On the upper level of the carriage house sit bedrooms six and seven. Both are en suite with a tub-shower combo, have garden views, a king bed, small balcony, and kitchenettes with a breakfast table. All bedrooms are equipped with Apple TV.

Children are welcome and a variety of amenities are provided for young guests and families including pool and beach toys and an X-Box.

For stays longer than five nights, one mid-week cleaning is provided. Assistance with rental cars, boat charters, and other reservations is available through the villa's concierge service. The following staff and services can be arranged at additional cost: daily maid service, villa attendant/butler service, babysitting, wine/liquor delivery, grocery pre-stocking, in-villa massage and spa treatments, yoga, Pilates mat, and personal training, VIP airport fast track to speed through immigration upon arrival.

Kaia Kamina is located in the Cayman Kai residential resort complex at Rum Point. Owen Roberts International Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive. Kaibo Espresso Bar, Beach Bar, and Kaibo Upstairs are just a few minutes walk from the villa and the Rum Point Club is about a ten-minute bicycle ride away. The private beach at Kaia Kamina is soft sand with a turtle grass entry into shallow water turning into a sandy bottom about 20 meters off shore. Snorkeling at starfish point can be reached on foot in around five minutes.
